OUR WORK
COMMUNITY ORGANIZING

DONATE

COMMUNITY ORGANIZING IS OUR CHIEF STRATEGY
We bring together the leaders of  diverse Latino  institutions ( congregations, associations, neighborhoods, nonprofits and unions) to build relationships, and so that they can discern solutions to their most pressing problems.

Leaders of institutions across the state invite their members to  participate in creating a collective agenda for change by participating in simultaneous small group listening. We train those most impacted by problems in how to build alliances and act effectively on their shared priorities.

Our leaders and allies engage themselves in long term campaigns aimed at solving  problems. Our collective public actions challenge decision makers from to address the concerns of our families in a disciplined yet accountable fashion.

OUR CHAPTERS
Are groups of local organizations that join to create power through building strong relationships. All local chapters unite around a collective local, state or national agenda which is built with input from thousands of grassroots leaders.

OUR PUBLIC ACTIONS
Our leaders engage on discipline problem-solving negotiations with key decision makers on the issues than impact their families. Actions are the best source of development and recognition for our leaders. Our leaders engage in careful collective planning and research and initiate strategic action around issues that have been identified by our community through hundreds of listening sessions.
